International Programs

In an increasingly globalized economy, the College of Engineering provides our students with not only a strong engineering foundation, but also with experiences that will prepare them to successfully compete in the international workforce. To achieve this goal, we aspire to produce engineers who are both internationally minded and culturally aware with many opportunities to study around the globe. In addition, the College of Engineering brings the world to our students with faculty members from five continents: Asia, Africa, North America, South America, and Europe.

We also welcome hundreds of international students every year from around the globe who are studying for a degree, on exchange programs, or are visiting research scholars.

As an engineer, chances are that you will either be employed by a company that works internationally or will have co-workers from diverse cultural backgrounds. An international experience not only increases your global awareness, but it will help you develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities that are needed to be competitive and succeed throughout your career.
