Bio
Bruce Urquhart, Professional Land Surveyor, has over 37 years of experience in the land surveying and management disciplines. His last position at Caltrans was the Division Chief for Land Surveys in District 11 (San Diego.) In December, 2015, Bruce retired from Caltrans. For the past 31 years he has also been an adjunct professor at San Diego State University (SDSU) teaching Surveying for Civil Engineers.
